Alos it will be fixed wireless so many of the mobile problems that will occur with 5G such as antenna design and handoff etc etc will be irrelevant. Also being on the side of a building, line of sight to the basestation could be established in many cases. Hence this is a very specific use case for 5G and not one that is sufficient to meet the requirements of the infrsatructure vendors who badly need this to work to dig themselves out of the horrible hole they find themselves in..

Is this not sufficient? I tend to fall into the camp that is skeptical of the roll out of 5G in the US in the near term even as a cable competitor.
