Further, there is a thing about ‘language’ as well. The ‘virgin’ part of India does not understand English. And there is no Indian language OS. Without that, 70% of Indian population is going to be unavailable. The 30% (in terms of numbers, that itself would be greater than the population of several countries) are happy with Android and GMS.
